This website

https://prop-labs.com describes the PropLabs models and how to use them. PropLabs is part of AxcelerateAI. Nothing on this site is a contract, and the model pages on Replicate are the authority on what each model does and what inputs it takes.

Who you are dealing with

PropLabs is a product of AxcelerateAI, and AxcelerateAI is the party you contract with when you buy a watermark-removal token. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who it means.

Running the models

The models are published on Replicate and run there. Doing so is governed by Replicate’s own terms, and Replicate bills you for compute on your own account. We are not a party to that.

Watermark-removal tokens

Output is watermarked unless you supply a token. A token costs $100 a month for 1,000 images, across all seven models. Tokens are issued by us directly, and you are responsible for keeping yours private — treat it like any other secret.

A token is a monthly allowance, not a pack you draw down at your own pace. It covers 1,000 images in the month it is issued and then expires; renewing it starts a new month. An unused balance does not carry forward into the next month, and a month in which you run fewer images than the allowance costs the same as a full one.

Tokens are not refundable. That includes a month you did not use, and a month you used only partly. Because every model is free to run watermarked for as long as you like, you can settle whether the output suits you before you pay us anything — which is the point of the watermark, and the reason this line is a fair one.

What the models produce

These are generative models. They produce a plausible version of a space, not a survey of it. Output is for marketing and visualisation, and should not be relied on as a factual record of a property’s condition, dimensions or fittings.

Many jurisdictions require edited property photographs to be disclosed as edited. Complying with that is your responsibility, and it is worth checking the rules that apply to your listings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
